Strategic Amelioration LLC offers business and financial consultation, strategic planning, and marketing services, including but not limited to:

• Business advisory and strategic growth consulting
• Fractional CFO (Chief Financial Officer) services
• Fractional CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) services
• Financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Business process improvement and optimization
• Digital marketing, branding, and advertising strategy

Strategic Amelioration LLC provides business consulting and advisory services for informational and educational purposes only. While we strive to offer high-quality advice, we do not guarantee specific business, financial, or marketing outcomes. Clients acknowledge that any business or financial decisions made based on our advice are done at their own discretion and risk.

Strategic Amelioration LLC is not a CPA firm, law firm, or financial institution. We do not provide:

• Certified public accounting (CPA) services
• Legal services or legal representation
• Tax preparation or tax filing services

Clients are strongly encouraged to consult a certified accountant, CPA, or legal professional before making significant financial or legal decisions.

While our services are designed to improve business performance, financial health, and marketing effectiveness, we do not guarantee revenue growth, profitability, market success, or any other specific business results. The success of our clients depends on multiple factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, client execution, and economic trends.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strategic Amelioration LLC, its affiliates, employees, and representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or reliance on our business, financial, or marketing advice
• Business losses, financial downturns, or investment decisions
• Misinterpretation of our services or guidance

Clients assume full responsibility for their decisions, and Strategic Amelioration LLC shall not be held responsible for any adverse business or financial consequences.

By engaging in our services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for analysis and consultation
• Implement strategies and recommendations at their own discretion
• Consult independent professionals (CPA, legal counsel) for regulatory and compliance matters.

All payments for services must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If a client wishes to cancel a service, they must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance.  All consultation session payments must be scheduled and used within 12 months of purchase. 

All content, materials, reports, strategies, and resources provided by Strategic Amelioration LLC are proprietary and remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for their own business purposes and may not redistribute, resell, or publish them without prior written consent.

Strategic Amelioration LLC respects client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive business or financial information without the client’s consent, except where required by law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Orange County, Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
