HR Training manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Training Manager to develop and deliver training programs for our recruitment and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing effective training programs, and ensuring continuous learning and development.

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for recruitment and marketing teams.
• Identify training needs through skills gap analysis and performance assessments.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Provide ongoing support and refresher training sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with organizational goals.
• Maintain training records and documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in recruitment or marketing.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.

• Problem-solving: Ability to identify problems quickly and implement effective solutions. 
• Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to new challenges and changes in project scope or regulations. 
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high quality and compliance in all project deliverables.
