Assistant project manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Manager in the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed successfully.

• Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure smooth execution.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project schedules.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project coordination or management experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
